Mrgrglglglgrl!

In the comments to my last post, Metz asked about seeing some of the stats for the WoW monsters I've been playing with. So, just for kicks, here are a handful of different murlocs, of the sort found around Lake Teronis in Ashenvale.

As D&D monsters go, these are intentionally dirt-simple. They have one or two powers, which often very closely mimic powers possessed by the monsters in WoW. They're designed to play fast and easy. I wish, in retrospect, I'd done something to make them interact better with each other, but hey . . . they're murlocs. :)

Have fun!

These are awesome. :)

I've said it before, but 4e is definitely the best version of D&D to play in Azeroth. It's just dirt simple and the tools the game provides are super helpful.

Sorry, had to remove something from my last post.

Out of all of these powers, I really dig on the puddlejumper's. I think there's a lot of mileage to be had in monster powers that modify and make use of standard attack and action types.

It seems like the warrior and muckdweller have a natural ability to compliment each other. What if the muckdweller had a ranged low (or no)damage attack that tagged a target to allow the warrior to use shield bash outside of OA?

Just an idea. If I come up with anything really snappy, I'll be sure to send it along.

These are great. Do you have the DDI monster builder file for these little guys?
